We'll take you through your workout to get the most of out every run. We'll plan the type of run (or strength) for your personal goals, and the pace that will get you to your best results. Private, semi-private or group sessions are available.

CLASSES - OUTDOOR RUN + STRENGTH
We offer classes throughout the year with the intention of helping each other push a little more and run a little harder than you would on your own. Intervals, tempos and strength classes vary throughout the year. Check the class page for the latest classes and contact us if there is a time that works well for you and your friends to set up your own class. We love getting as many people together as we can.
