You will receive the same benefits as the regular RWM class, meet at the same times but in addition you will get personalized pacing and added goal pace runs in your long runs. You will also receive weekly emails and specific groups to run with so you’ll feel more prepared and ready to go on race day!

COACHING - Training Plans
Personal Running Plans designed to meet your goals from the mile to the marathon and beyond. All plans are based on your own schedule, goals, and pace. Having a plan designed just for you, around your work, personal schedule, injuries and more, makes it easier to get it done.
CLASSES - Run & Strength
We offer classes throughout the year with the intention of helping each other push a little more and run a little harder than you would on your own. Intervals, tempos and strength classes vary between treadmill and outdoors. Check the class page for the latest classes and contact us if there is a time that works well for you and your friends to set up your own class. We love getting as many people together as we can.
