Running Class

We offer classes throughout the year with the intention of helping each other push a little more and run a little harder than you would on your own. Intervals, tempos and strength classes vary between treadmill and outdoors. Check the class page for the latest classes and contact us if there is a time that works well for you and your friends to set up your own class. We love getting as many people together as we can.  Treadmill Classes are all levels! We all start somewhere and the treadmill allows for you to start where you are and get to where you want to be without feeling like you have to ‘keep up’.
