Bootcamp Combo Class (not currently available - will be back in January) is an exciting and high intensity workout designed for you to get the most out of your hour. The cardio and strength are broken into intervals of 10-30 mins and you don’t have to be a “runner” to get the most out of this class. Said to be the “Best workout in the World”, this concept is brought to you right here in Missoula by Key Running.
Wednesday Trail Run - Hilly Hour run with option to add intervals or run an easy hilly run.
Run Class Begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down of around a mile and intervals and tempo intervals varying from 1:00 to 10:00
Strength Class - Trail and Road running specific strength is geared to the runner looking to improve performance and reduce injuries. Functional movements will lead you to increased strength and running specific improvements. No two classes are the same so you’ll never get bored!

COST - ONE class a week for 10 Weeks
RUN CLASSES - $160 STRENGTH CLASSES - $130 COMBO CLASS - $160
BACK TO BACK CLASSES (Wednesday & Friday) - $250
