CLASS DESCRIPTION:

A quick and effective full body workout focused on Functional movements. Workouts will lead to increased overall strength, reduced injuries and will allow you to keep doing what you love whether it’s running, skiing, biking or lifting up kids. No two classes are the same so you’ll never get bored!

This short and effective workout lets you get stronger in a short amount of time.

CLASS BREAKDOWN FOR

GROUP: We go through the class together with everyone doing the same exercises throughout.

CIRCUIT: Class is set up with stations. (CURRENTLY NO CIRCUIT CLASSES BUT CAN DO HITFIT - ALL FLOOR AND NO TREADMILL - SEE BELOW)
